WealthPilot is a personal finance management platform that provides:

  • Insurance policy and scheme management
  • AI-powered financial recommendations
  • Live commodity rate tracking (Gold, Silver, Platinum)
  • Tax planning tools and calculators
  • Government scheme directories
  • Financial goal tracking and notifications
3. User Accounts
  • You must provide a valid email address for registration and OTP verification
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • You must provide accurate information in your profile for AI suggestions to work correctly
  • One account per email address is permitted
4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other accounts or our systems
  • Upload malicious files, viruses, or harmful code
  • Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the application using automated tools
  • Impersonate another person or entity
5. Financial Disclaimer
Important: WealthPilot provides financial information and AI-generated suggestions for educational and informational purposes only. This does NOT constitute financial advice, investment advice, or any form of professional advisory service.
  • Investment suggestions are algorithm-generated based on general rules and your profile data
  • Commodity rates are indicative and may have a short delay from real-time market prices
  • Always consult a certified financial advisor (SEBI Registered) before making investment decisions
  • Past performance does not guarantee future results
  • WealthPilot is not responsible for any financial losses resulting from actions taken based on information provided in the application
6. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of WealthPilot — including the AI engine, user interface, documentation, and source code — are owned by WealthPilot and protected by intellectual property laws.

7. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all financial data you enter into WealthPilot. We claim no ownership over your personal financial information. See our Privacy Policy for details.

8. Service Availability
  • We strive to maintain high uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted service
  • We may perform scheduled maintenance with or without prior notice
  • We reserve the right to modify or discontinue features with reasonable notice
9. Limitation of Liability

WealthPilot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service, including but not limited to financial losses, data loss, or interruption of service.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
